Users must also note that CityTeleCoin does not work like other messaging apps, such as WhatsApp and Viber. You cannot simply call or send a message. As it involves correction facilities, it requires you to schedule the call. Also, not all communication features are available in all CTC facilities.

Also, not all features may be available.

Additionally, while the app is free to download, the use of all its features requires payment. Users should know that charges are more expensive compared to other communication services at other facilities. Moreover, it requires a minimum of $8 before you can use the app. Worse, the performance is not that great as the connection fails constantly. The video also lags and freezes mid-call. 

Should you download it?

Overall, CityTeleCoin is a useful app for users who have a loved one housed inside a facility. With this, you don't have to visit regularly to talk to them. However, while it is convenient, it has a lot to improve on. As it is, the quality of its services is not at par with other messaging apps. What makes it worse is the fact that using its features is expensive.
